Top Guns GM/Coach Pete Mitchell today announced the hiring of BC Athletic Director Gene Defilippo as Asst Director of Football Operations. During the press conference, Mitchell praised Defilippo.....using phrases such as "a man who gets it", "a man of integrity, a man of his word", and " a top notch athletic executive". Mitchell praised Defilippo for the way he handled the Jeff Jaganotgonnaworkhereanymore situation, calling Gene "a trendsetter" and a "man of high morale". Although the new A.D of Football Ops has not yet arrived in Mirimar, he and his family are expected to be touching down, via fighter jets, sometime around 12noon EST.
