Caster

The Caster Bastard! I literally laughed out loud at work. I have not heard that name in circa 10 years.

For those of you who do not know OR do not remember, Steve Caster was a made up person. He was created by ICOM and Manny Hung back in their glory days (or even pre-glory days) in an effort to swindle naive females of Hopkinton High. We were mainly bored; stay in school! In a nutshell, Caster was created to glean information from various females (one imparticular that shall remain nameless still). As it stands right now, I am disclosing information that was agreed to have never been disclosed, even in a version as generic as this. Regardless, I am taking my life into my own hands. But I digress. Caster had the screen name 'Treyballer' as the creators were basketball crazy in the mid to late 90s. Anyway, eventually Caster was able to win over naive 15 year old females (we were 15 too at the time, sickos) and find out social information (the value of that information turned out to be utterly useless; at least never expounded upon). Chime in any time, Manny, if you remember the story differently. Eventually, Caster was put to rest. I do not remember the exact reason we stopped using Caster, but it probably had something to do with someone finding out about him and making us look bad. Although, I do not remember anyone ever finding out about the secrets of Steve Caster - other than close friends.
